Cancellation Policy

Tutoring & Student Success Coaching Packages Packages are intended for students ready to begin services and maintain a consistent schedule. Clients should establish their schedule within 7 days of purchase. Purchasing a package does not guarantee specific dates, times, or recurring appointments until confirmed. Expiration: 3-session packages expire after 45 days, 8-session packages after 90 days, and 12-session packages after 120 days. Unused sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions require written approval. College Admissions & Transfer Programs Programs begin upon enrollment and end when the applicable admissions or transfer cycle is completed or 12 months after enrollment, whichever occurs first. Program fees are non-refundable and cannot be paused, transferred, or carried into a future admissions cycle. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full or deducted from a prepaid package. Late arrivals receive the remaining session time and are charged in full. Emergency exceptions may be made at the discretion of Preceptor Services. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of a recurring time slot. Services & Results Preceptor Services provides tutoring, Student Success Coaching, executive functioning support, test preparation, and college admissions guidance. Specific grades, test scores, admissions decisions, scholarships, financial aid, or other outcomes are not guaranteed. Students remain responsible for their own academic work, applications, essays, deadlines, and accuracy of submitted information. Privacy Personal, academic, and admissions information is treated as confidential and used to provide services. Preceptor Services does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed with permission, when required by law, or when necessary for safety. Student names, photos, testimonials, achievements, or admissions results will not be used for promotional purposes without permission. Third-party scheduling, payment, video conferencing, and educational platforms may be used to provide services. Additional Terms Preceptor Services may discontinue services due to abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or dishonest conduct. Original website content, educational materials, worksheets, guides, and branding may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without permission. To the fullest extent permitted
